    Returns and Refunds

    What is your Returns Policy?

    Our standard returns policy is 30 days.

    You must notify us within 14 days including weekends and public holidays of receiving the goods that you would like a refund. You then have a further 14 days (from the day you notify us) to return your items via your chosen method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted products to us.

    Please note we do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy.

    Will I get my delivery fee refunded?

    We offer free Standard Delivery to all mainland UK addresses. In case you opted out for Tracked Delivery for an additional charge it will not be refunded.

    Who will pay the return delivery fee?

    You are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted products to us. We will only refund the postage cost for your if:

    • We sent you the wrong product
    • The item is damaged or faulty
    When can I expect my refund?

    If a refund is agreed upon, we will arrange it within 1-2 working days of receiving the initial email. However, it can take up to 10 working days from this point for the payment to be received. We will refund the card you paid with.

    Where is my refund?

    Once we process your refund, it can take up to 10 working days to reach your bank account. If you have not received your repayment after 10 working days, please send us an email at support@leospetshop.co.uk or use the “Contact us” form, and we will be happy to assist you.

    How do I cancel my return request?

    If you change your mind and decide that you do not want to return your order to us, that is not a problem at all. No action is required and there is no need to cancel the return request. Simply keep the item and our systems will adjust automatically.

    I think I have not been refunded correctly. What should I do?

    If you believe your refund is incorrect, please send us an email at support@leospetshop.co.uk or use the “Contact us” form and we will be happy to assist you with it.


    Cancelling Orders

    Can I cancel my order?

    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, including weekends and public holidays, without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day your order is delivered. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision by email at leospetshop@yahoo.co.uk. You may also use the “Contact us” form, but it is not obligatory.

    You must return the unopened goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order.

    Please note we do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy.

    Can I exchange my items?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at
    support@leospetshop.co.uk or use the “Contact us” form and we will be happy to assist you with it.

    My item is damaged or faulty. What should I do?

    Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item. If your item is damaged or faulty we offer an exchange for the same product (depending of stock availability) or a refund based on your preference.

    To help us get this fixed for you, please send a picture of the product or packaging, clearly showing the fault you have noticed, to support@leospetshop.co.uk.

    Please also include the following details so we can help:

    • Your name
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • A description of the fault
    • Your preference for a replacement item or refund


    Shipping Policy

    Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the UK mainland only.

    All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays and we offer Free Standard Delivery.

    How long does it take to get my items?

    All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

    What is the fastest delivery you can ship?

    If you have a gifting emergency on your hands and place your order before noon, then reply to your order confirmation right away to let us know you’re in A BIG RUSH, we can sometimes even ship the same day.

    My order is a gift… Do you include price information on your packing slips?

    Don’t worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!
